We wanted a more natural way of collecting the genuine story, therefore we removed the keyboard and added a voice recording feature that allows our users to focus on the family belongings, lending to a more personal and emotive quality of interaction.
We went a step further and utilzied the power of artificial intellignece to enhance the clarity, leaving a polished transcript of the story provided.
